Corner of Humanity, Courage and Knowledge

The Corner is an educational and exhibition space that can be set up in schools, universities, museums, libraries, cultural and other institutions. It presents people, nations and organisations who through their deeds showed humanity, solidarity and the courage to help others, often risking or sacrificing their own lives.

Its aim is to bring the finest examples of human civilisation closer to young people and to encourage them to be ready to help another person themselves.

Alongside the Serbian army and the Serbian people, the Corners are to present foreign states and their aid to Serbia, concrete data and documents, and portraits of notable people with short biographies and QR codes leading to verified sources.

The content will change periodically, so that pupils and visitors keep meeting new people, nations and examples of humanity and courage.

We intend to offer these Corners to institutions throughout Serbia: preschools, schools, universities, libraries, museums, cultural centres, healthcare institutions, municipalities and state institutions.

The first ones will be established in Sjenica as a model for the project, and then extended across Serbia as funding allows.

Institutions are not expected to create the content themselves. We offer ready-made, professionally designed information panels featuring photographs, portraits, verifiable historical facts and clear texts suited to the age group and type of institution.

We develop and coordinate the concept and content.

Partner countries can help present their own people whose example speaks to the young about humanity, courage and knowledge. They become part of a broader story about people from different nations who demonstrated humanity, courage and knowledge through their actions.
